Important things to remember for summer outings with the kids

Have kids eat lunch at home instead of in the car on the way to your destination. This avoids peanut butter sandwhich fights and peanut butter ground into the floor of the car.

Have kids go to the bathroom at least twice before leaving home (Kids need to pee at the most inconvenient times...like AFTER they get the swimsuit on....or 5 minutes after you leave.

Swim diapers if you are planning on going swimming with a toddler.

Bring a recording of you saying over and over, "Please don't hit your brother!" "Please don't steal the baby's binky!"

Take along a motorized scooter to make it to the car parked out in the furthest stall of the amusement park after realizing the swim diapers are nowhere to be found and it hits you that you left them at the store after buying them.
