Superbowl Snacks

Baked Onion Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded pepper Jack cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups chopped sweet onions, divided
Assorted crackers
Directions
In a food processor, combine the cheeses, mayonnaise, thyme and 1 cup onions; cover and process until blended. Stir in remaining onions.
Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers. Yield: 3 cups.

CLASSIC GUACAMOLE

2 large ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
2 medium jalapeño chiles, seeded, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper
Bugles® snacks or tortilla chips, if desired

1.Mix all ingredients except snacks or chips in medium bowl.
2.Serve with snacks or chips.
